Bank of America is seeking a Service Delivery Consultant to support Global Human Resources (GHR) products and programs, including payroll, benefits, compensation, learning and development, retirement, shared services, or staffing. You will perform data analysis, skill mapping, data validation, and remediation to deliver accurate outputs.

In a fast-paced environment, you will partner with HR program functions, maintain SOPs, and drive process improvements.

Formación

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Product or Program Development/Management, Data Analysis, Talent management, or related fields.
• Strong data analysis and critical thinking; identify patterns and actionable insights.
• Solid intermediate Excel capabilities, including nested formulas, pivot tables, and Power Query.
• Ability to translate requirements into clear analytical outputs and stakeholder-ready reports.
• Experience leading components of programs or projects and delivering on time.

Responsabilidades

• Supports evaluation of processes, technologies, and routines to drive improvements.
• Supports implementation of controls to mitigate risk and ensure compliance.
• Executes routine to complex activities to ensure programs are executed accurately.
• Partners with HR program functions to align processes with design requirements.
• Maintains documentation and project artifacts; flags timeline risks and supports mitigation.
