Job summary

Allied Universal, a leading security and facilities services company, is hiring a Process Enhancement Specialist in Irvine, CA. You will monitor and maintain HR solutions, review procedures, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws governing employment practices and business operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or HR with 1+ year of HR ops, systems, or process management experience.
• Associate's degree in business or HR with 3+ years of HR ops, systems, or process management experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of HR ops, systems, or process management experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify and recommend technical solutions to improve HR procedures and operational effectiveness (I-9, onboarding, Early Wage Access, etc.).
• Collaborate with HR partners to create and maintain training materials, documentation, and flowcharts.
• Regularly audit onboarding documentation across business units and maintain HR SharePoint site.
