Job summary

Stryker seeks a Process Excellence Lead to partner with HR process owners and project leads, driving process improvements across the HR function. You will act as the liaison for process excellence and guide problem-solving workshops to design standardized processes that increase efficiency and value delivery.

You will lead cross-functional teams, apply Lean methodologies, track benefits, and collaborate with global stakeholders across regions and time zones. Travel up to 20% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in engineering, logistics, or a technical discipline.
• 2+ years of business-facing HR, HR COE, HR Operations, or related experience.
• Lean experience through coursework, certification, or practical application.
• Strong track record of accomplishments with ability to articulate impact.
• Experience with virtual collaboration tools such as Miro, Mural, or Whiteboard.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Identify process gaps and inefficiencies with HR teams and prioritize needs.
• Lead problem-solving workshops to diagnose root causes and opportunities.
• Align HR projects with business objectives and standards via PMO.
• Assess impacts of changes on the business for change management.
• Develop new process designs to improve standardization, efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Partner with the business to implement and operationalize new processes.
• Prepare deliverables and manage handoffs to the business with support as needed.
• Track and capture the value of process improvements.
• Support Lean education and deliver Lean training.
• Exercise critical thinking and independent judgment while leading projects.
