Stanford University’s Department of Dermatology seeks an HR Support 2 (HR Administrator/HRA) to lead HR processes and services. The HRA is the primary contact for HR policy questions, escalating to DFA/ADFA/HR Partner as needed.

The role requires attention to detail, strong organization, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. The HRA will coordinate HRIS submissions and support the transition to a new HCM with faculty, staff, and leadership.

Formación

• Experience with HR processes and HR policies.
