Job summary

Aramark is seeking an experienced HR Operations professional to turn strategy into structured projects and standardize HR processes across US operations. You will work with HR leadership to close gaps, run end-to-end improvement projects, and build discipline in metrics, governance, and documentation.

In this role you’ll lead cross-functional initiatives, apply Lean/Six Sigma, and develop field-ready SOPs and guides, reporting to the Director of HR Operations & Strategy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in process improvement, project management, or HR operations.
• 2+ years leading improvement projects directly.
• Six Sigma Black Belt certification strongly preferred.
• PMP or equivalent formal training preferred.
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills required.
• Strong written communicator with field-ready documentation.
• Ability to drive projects with minimal day-to-day oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement projects across HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Relations - from problem definition and root-cause analysis through pilot, measurement, and standard-work handoff.
• Apply Lean/Six Sigma methodologies to reduce cycle time and error rates in HR workflows.
• Manage cross-functional projects with charters, milestones, gate reviews, and stakeholder reporting.
• Support intake of HR projects, evaluate requests, and route approved work into the pipeline.
• Document and standardize processes with SOPs, job aids, and manager-facing guides.
• Facilitate improvement workshops and focus groups with HR Ops staff and partners.
