Job summary

Accounting Resources, Inc. (ARI) is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and develop our HR practice for a variety of clients.

This hands-on leadership role involves advising small to mid-size organizations on HR matters, shaping policies, and delivering practical HR solutions while guiding ARI's HR team. You will build client relationships, diagnose HR challenges, coach leaders, and deliver engagements that meet client needs and budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor ARI's HR team and serve as escalation resource on complex client matters.
• Advise clients on employee relations, recruiting, benefits, performance management, policies and procedures, compliance, and HR best practices.
• Develop practical policies, processes, programs, and solutions addressing clients' business and workforce needs.
• Oversee client engagements with focus on responsiveness, quality, timing and budget.
• Stay current on evolving employment laws and translate changes into guidance for team and clients.
