This hands-on leadership role focuses on solving HR challenges, building relationships, and translating HR best practices into practical business solutions for small and midsize organizations. You will guide ARI's HR team, oversee engagements, contribute to service improvements, and help expand client relationships while staying current with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR practices.
• Experience advising leaders and resolving complex HR matters.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on HR matters, including employee relations, recruiting, benefits, performance management, policies and procedures, compliance, and HR best practices.
• Lead and develop ARI HR team members and provide coaching and training.
• Oversee client engagements with focus on responsiveness, quality, timing, and budget.
• Stay current on employment laws and translate changes into guidance for team and clients.
