Job summary

STARPLUS ENERGY LLC is seeking a detail-oriented HR Planning and Systems Analyst to drive workforce planning, enhance HR systems, and oversee payroll processing for dispatched employees.

You will collaborate with executives and department heads, lead HRIS upgrades, and develop KPIs. The role requires strong analytical skills, Korean language ability, and experience with HR analytics and payroll processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, analytics, or related field; eligible to work in the US.
• 1–3 years in workforce planning, HR systems, or HR analytics preferred.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop workforce plans aligned with long-term objectives.
• Analyze labor data to identify staffing needs and optimization strategies.
• Lead HRIS upgrades, integrations, and system enhancements.
• Audit HRIS data for accuracy and compliance with policies.
• Manage Enterprise Portal accounts and onboarding workflows.
• Enter and validate payroll data for dispatched employees.
• Collaborate with Finance to ensure timely payroll processing and tax compliance.
• Create KPI dashboards and reports for leadership.
• Coordinate cross-department projects and HR initiatives.
• Communicate with Korea Headquarters and prepare reports in Korean as needed.
