Job summary

STARPLUS ENERGY LLC seeks an HR Planning and Systems Analyst to drive workforce planning, enhance HR systems, and ensure payroll accuracy for dispatched staff. You will collaborate across departments to align strategies, oversee HRIS upgrades, and support KPI tracking and reporting.

This role partners with Korea HQ, focuses on data governance, and contributes to improvements across HR initiatives, requiring strong Excel, Korean language skills, and project management experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Data Science, or related field.
• Willingness to travel domestically or internationally when required.
• Ability to work in the United States and support Korea HQ.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint for reporting.
• Strong project management experience with HRIS implementations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to develop workforce plans aligned with long-term objectives.
• Analyze labor data to identify staffing needs and optimization strategies.
• Lead HRIS upgrades, integrations, and system enhancements.
• Audit HRIS data for accuracy and implement process improvements.
• Manage payroll data for dispatched employees and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with finance on payroll processing and tax implications.
• Create reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
• Communicate with Korea HQ and prepare reports in Korean when needed.
• Oversee KPI management and align metrics with business priorities.
• Coordinate cross-department projects and HR initiatives.
• Maintain data governance and compliance with labor laws.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and automate tasks.
