STARPLUS ENERGY, LLC is seeking a Management Systems Specialist to drive data analytics and reporting for our Strategic Resource Operations team. You will transform raw data into dashboards and insights, produce timely KPI reports, and create PowerPoint materials for leadership reviews.

The role requires collaboration across departments, maintenance of training schedules, and proactive data quality improvements to support our shift toward an electric future.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with strong analytical abilities.
• Experience analyzing data and generating actionable insights.
• Proficient in MS Office and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data into meaningful reports for decision making.
• Prepare presentations using PowerPoint for leadership reviews.
• Collaborate with SRO to produce daily, weekly, and monthly KPI reports.
• Maintain SRO calendar and track training requirements.
• Support data quality and communication across departments.
