Job summary

STARPLUS ENERGY LLC is seeking a detail-oriented HR Planning and Systems Analyst to drive workforce planning, optimize HR systems, and ensure accurate payroll for dispatched employees.

You will partner with leadership, manage HRIS upgrades, deliver KPI dashboards, and coordinate with Korea Headquarters, with a focus on data governance and process improvements. This role reports to the HR Director and supports cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Travel may be domestic and/or international with reasonable notice.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting.
• Strong project management skills with HRIS implementations, integrations, or upgrades.
• Exceptional communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Proven accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executive leadership and department heads to develop and execute workforce plans aligned with long-term business objectives.
• Conduct detailed analysis of labor data to identify staffing needs and optimization strategies.
• Lead system upgrades, implementations, and integrations to enhance HRIS and tracking functionality.
• Regularly audit HRIS data to ensure accuracy and compliance; implement corrective actions.
• Administer the company's Enterprise Portal accounts and manage access rights.
• Enter and validate payroll information for dispatched employees and coordinate with Finance.
• Collaborate with Finance to ensure timely payroll processing and compliance with international tax implications.
• Analyze workforce data and trends to provide actionable insights on productivity and costs.
• Create reports and dashboards to support strategic decision-making.
• Serve as liaison with Korea Headquarters and prepare reports in Korean as needed.
• Oversee KPI management and align KPIs with business priorities.
• Manage cross-departmental projects and HR initiatives with timely delivery.
• Coordinate resources, monitor progress, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Maintain data governance, accuracy, and compliance with labor laws and audit standards.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and implement automated solutions.
