Qualifications

• Knowledge of employment law as it relates to talent management.
• Experience with HRIS/HR systems and data analysis in Excel.
• Experience with project management, organization design and strategic HR planning.
• Strong communication skills for employee relations and collaboration.
• Knowledge of workers’ compensation, payroll processing, and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Support talent acquisition by assisting with recruiting strategies, screening candidates, and coordinating interview processes using HR systems (ATS platforms such as iCIMS, Taleo, UltiPro, Kenexa BrassRing).
• Coordinate new employee orientation to ensure onboarding aligns with policies and culture.
• Assist with employee evaluation and performance management by entering data and tracking performance.
• Manage benefits administration tasks, including enrollment and changes, and communicate options with regulatory compliance.
• Contribute to workforce management activities like staffing plans and succession planning to support diversity and inclusion.
• Maintain confidentiality for personnel information and ensure HR compliance across processes.
• Support training and development by coordinating sessions and tracking participation.
