Job summary

RightClick in Fairfield County, CT is seeking a Sr. HR Business Partner to align HR programs with business objectives across multiple units in a healthcare environment.

The ideal candidate will bring strong communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to build trusted relationships across diverse teams. This is an onsite position based in Fairfield County, CT.

HR Business Partner's Responsibilities And Duties

• Investigate and resolve employee relations issues in a timely and compliant manner
• Align client groups with HR policies through coaching, counseling, performance management, and reporting
• Act as a strategic liaison between business units and the Talent Acquisition team

HR Business Partner's Qualifications And Skills

• At least 7+ years of professional experience in an HR Business Partner or similar HR generalist role
• Experience in a healthcare setting required
• Bachelor's degree required
• Demonstrated knowledge of employee relations practices and HR compliance
• Ability to manage multiple client groups and competing priorities simultaneously
• Strong collaboration skills with experience working across cross-functional teams
