Tower Loan is seeking an HR and Payroll Manager to oversee payroll, benefits, onboarding, and HR operations. The role includes supervising HR staff, ensuring accuracy of payroll and records, and maintaining HRIS integrity across multiple states.

The candidate will drive compliance, coordinate benefits, manage performance processes, and support recruitment while partnering with internal teams and external vendors. This role emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and process improvement.

Formación

• Associate degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field required; bachelor’s preferred.
• At least two years in payroll/benefits/HR with two years of management.
• Experience with HRIS and recruiting systems; SHRM-CP preferred.
• Strong Excel skills and proficiency with HR systems.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise HR personnel responsible for payroll, benefits, onboarding, and related areas.
• Oversee semi-monthly payroll, bonuses, commissions, and other incentive payments.
• Verify time records and payroll changes before processing.
• Maintain secure, accurate personnel records and support recruiting activities.
