Qualifications

• Requires associate degree in HR, business administration or related field; bachelor’s preferred.
• At least two years of payroll/HR experience and two years of management experience.
• Experience with HRIS and recruiting systems; Workday preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise HR personnel responsible for payroll, benefits, onboarding and related areas.
• Oversee semi-monthly payroll, bonuses, off-cycle and retroactive payroll runs, and deductions.
• Administer benefits programs including 401(k) and leave; coordinate with providers.
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Prepare payroll reports and support audits and multi-state reporting.
• Coordinate onboarding, status changes and recruiting activities in HRIS.
• Respond to employee inquiries and advise managers on HR processes.
