Qualifications

• Hands-on HR and payroll management experience.
• Experience managing HR responsibilities including policies and handbook updates.

• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR operations and provide guidance to leadership, managers, and employees.
• Maintain confidential employee records and personnel files.
• Administer policies and update the employee handbook and HR procedures.
• Coordinate benefits administration, leave requests, and employment changes.
• Oversee recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and background checks.
• Lead performance review processes and support development initiatives.
• Own payroll functions and ADP Workforce Now processing and reporting.
• Provide reporting to leadership and ensure regulatory compliance.
