Our client is looking for a Payroll & HR Generalist to join their team in Madison, WI. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for processing payroll for your workforce (100 company-wide) while supporting overall HR initiatives (75% HR focused, 25% payroll). To be chosen for this role, you must have a strong background in end‑to‑end payroll processing with a willingness to support HR initiatives. Prior HR experience is not required. This would be a great opportunity to round out your skillset and expand the impact across an entire organization. • Create training materials across departments and advise on continued development.
• Recommend performance management initiatives and support their implementation.
