Job summary

CFS in Wisconsin is seeking an HR Specialist to join a profitable, growing company with a longstanding presence in Wisconsin. You will gain hands-on experience across payroll, HR administration, onboarding, compliance, and HR systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years payroll processing and/or HR administration experience preferred.
• Experience with payroll systems; ADP experience is a plus.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, though equivalent work experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees across multiple locations and 20 states.
• Manage payroll deductions, garnishments, and payroll-related compliance activities.
• Support HR administration, including offer letters, onboarding coordination, employee transitions, and record maintenance.
• Assist with ADP HRIS upgrades and process improvement initiatives.
• Support internal and external audits by gathering documentation and ensuring data accuracy.
