Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years experience in an HR coordination role.
• 4+ years of progressive Human Resources or payroll experience.
• 4+ years in supporting payroll, HR administration, benefits, and employee lifecycle processes.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll through ADP, audit payroll data, resolve discrepancies, and assist with garnishments, tax notices, and payroll inquiries.
• Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation while maintaining accurate employee records and HR documentation; support benefits administration, open enrollment, leave processes, employment verification, and off-boarding activities.
• Generate recurring HR and payroll reports and maintain accurate headcount, turnover, workforce, and HR metrics data.
• Serve as a point of contact for routine employee questions related to HR policies, processes, and employment matters.
