Job summary

RedLion Mobile is seeking an HR & Payroll Coordinator to support payroll and day-to-day HR operations for a fast-paced, multi-location retail organization. You will manage payroll data, employee records, onboarding, benefits support, leave administration, and recruiting coordination with confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ADP Workforce Now experience required.
• Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUPs and PivotTables.
• Experience administering FMLA, disability and other leaves.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll data across multiple locations using ADP Workforce Now.
• Maintain accurate HRIS records and respond to pay and timekeeping inquiries.
• Coordinate onboarding, benefits changes, and leave administration.
• Support recruiting by posting positions and coordinating background checks and start dates.
