The role emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and outstanding customer service. You will be the primary contact for payroll and benefits questions, coordinate open enrollment, reconcile benefits invoices, and support ACA reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or HR preferred.
• 3-5 years payroll and benefits experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with HRIS and ADP WorkForceNow.
• Experience with multi-state payroll and taxes.

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly, multi-state payroll accurately and timely.
• Administer employee health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, and retirement plans.
• Coordinate annual open enrollment and employee communications.
• Enter information into HRIS for employee changes and terminations.
• Assist with ACA reporting and compliance activities.
• Reconcile monthly benefit invoices and ensure accurate deductions.
• Serve as liaison with benefit brokers, carriers and third-party administrators.
• Maintain confidentiality of HR records and data.
