Grieco Automotive Group is seeking an HR/Payroll Assistant to join our team in Delray Beach. This role focuses on payroll and HR administration, new-hire orientations, benefits processing, and maintaining HR records with a high level of confidentiality.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years HR-related experience, strong customer service, and proficiency with CDK or ADP Workforce Now. This is a full-time, on-site position offering comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of HR-related administrative experience
• CDK / ADP Workforce Now experience strongly preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality

Responsibilities

• Assist with new-hire orientations
• Assist with payroll and benefits administration
• Assist with daily administration of employee insurance benefits, including enrollments, terminations, and changes
• Maintain confidentiality at all times
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Serve as a liaison between employees and the HR team
• Respond to employee questions and requests with excellent customer service
• Support HR with projects, reporting, and additional departmental duties as needed
