Job summary

Grieco Automotive Group seeks a professional, positive HR/Payroll Assistant to join our team in Delray Beach. This new role supports payroll and HR administration in a fast-paced family-owned business.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years HR-related administrative experience and CDK/ADP Workforce Now proficiency, with strong communication and confidentiality skills. On-site work with standard weekday hours.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of HR-related administrative experience.
• CDK or ADP Workforce Now experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with new-hire orientations
• Assist with payroll and benefits administration
• Assist with the daily administration of employee insurance benefits, including enrollments, terminations, and changes
• Maintain confidentiality at all times
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Serve as a liaison between employees and the HR team
• Respond to employee questions and requests with excellent customer service
• Support HR with projects, reporting, and additional departmental duties as needed
