Job summary

Crestview Management LLC is seeking an Assistant to the Human Resources/Payroll Administrator to oversee payroll and HR tasks across multi-property sites including Hilton Garden Inn Anchorage. You will help implement compensation and benefits programs and support recruitment efforts.

Key duties include payroll processing biweekly, employee data accuracy, and aiding learning and development initiatives while upholding Hilton values and local compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in payroll processing across multiple locations is a plus.
• Experience implementing and administering compensation and benefits.
• Leading annual fall open enrollments.
• Recruitment and employee sourcing, job postings, candidate follow-up, and employer branding.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing and administering compensation and benefits.
• Lead and support annual open enrollments for benefits.
• Recruitment and employee sourcing; post job ads, follow up with candidates, maintain employer brand.
• Assist Corporate HR and Assistant General Managers with employee disciplinary issues; help create reward programs and coordinate Learning & Development.
• Assist with OSHA-required training tracking and payroll operations; ensure correct hours and compensation are coded to the proper property; payroll biweekly.
