Job summary

Earthjustice is seeking a Manager, HR Partnerships to lead the HR Partnership function, providing strategic direction and oversight. The role reports to the AVP, HR Partnership, Strategy & Operations, and requires balancing organizational priorities with the employee experience.

The successful candidate will lead a team, strengthen leadership capability, and drive organizational effectiveness. Hybrid work is preferred in DC with remote options for the contiguous US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 10 years progressive HR experience including strategic business partner responsibilities.
• Minimum of 2 years supervising HR staff.
• SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification strongly preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of employee relations, employment law, investigations, and talent management.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the HR Partnership function with oversight and direction.
• Oversee employee relations, compliance, and risk management across the organization.
• Partner with General Counsel to advance standards and best practices for investigations and documentation.
• Advise senior leaders on workforce planning, talent strategy and organizational health.
• Develop workforce analytics and dashboards to diagnose trends and guide development.
