Job summary

Earthjustice is seeking a Manager, Human Resources Partnerships to lead the HR Partnership function with strategic direction and operational oversight. The role acts as a senior advisor to organizational leaders and reports to the AVP, HR Partnership, Strategy & Operations.

The successful candidate balances organizational priorities with employee experience, develops HR professionals, strengthens leadership capability, and drives organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, including strategic partnership.
• Minimum 2 years supervising HR staff.
• Active SHRM-SCP, SPHR or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR Partnership functions and provide strategic direction.
• Develop leadership capability and organizational effectiveness.
• Oversee employee relations, compliance and risk management.
• Build workforce insights with dashboards and analytics.
• Partner with senior leaders on workforce planning and talent strategy.
