Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, including strategic business partnering.
• Minimum of 2 years supervising an HR team.
• Active SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent strongly preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of employee relations, employment law, investigations, organizational development, workforce planning, and talent management.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR Partnership function with strategic direction and operational oversight.
• Provide strategic oversight for employee relations, compliance, and risk management.
• Advise senior leaders on workforce planning, talent strategy, succession planning, and organizational health.
• Lead culture initiatives, engagement, inclusion, and change leadership.
