Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 10+ years HR experience including strategic partnership.
• Minimum 2 years supervising an HR team.
• Active SHRM-SCP or SPHR strongly preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of employee relations, employment law, investigations, and talent management.
• Ability to lead a distributed team and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• HR Partnership leadership: build team capability through leadership, coaching, mentoring and support.
• Oversee operating model and dashboards to strengthen functional excellence and consistency.
• Provide strategic guidance on employee relations grounded in employment laws and compliance.
• Partner with GC to advance standards for investigations and documentation.
• Serve as strategic advisor on workforce planning, talent strategy, and organizational health.
• Escalate highly complex employee and leadership matters.
• Lead culture initiatives and change, drive engagement and inclusion.
• Develop workforce insights and dashboards to diagnose trends.
• Direct supervision of Senior HR Partners and HR Partners, including hiring and development.
• Travel estimated 5-10% and promote learning culture.
