Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; 10+ years progressive HR experience.
• Significant experience as a strategic business partner and with supervisory responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for HR Partnerships and set operating model standards.
• Oversee employee relations, compliance with employment laws, and investigations.
• Advise senior leaders on workforce planning, talent strategy, and organizational health.
• Lead culture and change initiatives and develop workforce insights with analytics.
• Supervise Senior HR Partners and HR Partners; manage performance and development.
