Job summary

Amazon seeks an HR Partner to support People, Experience and Technology (PXT) on a site-based team. The role is onsite at an Amazon facility, focused on employee experience, engagement, leadership development, and HR operational excellence.

The HR Partner will travel up to 50% to support RSR operations across PA/OH and build strong partnerships with site leaders and frontline associates. You will work with PXT to drive data-driven decisions, coach leaders, and implement standard HR processes,

Qualifications
