Job summary

Amazon seeks an HR Partner to support People, Experiences and Technology (PXT) operations onsite in the United States. Focus areas include employee experience, engagement, leadership development, and HR operational excellence.

You will build partnerships across site operations, coach leaders, manage issues, analyze data, and promote self-service tools to improve HR processes. This role requires travel up to 50% and a customer-centric mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support a positive employee experience by executing key HR programs and partnering with PXT and Operations.
• Execute standard work with quality and timeliness, maintaining documentation of HR processes.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve or escalate employee matters with discretion and professionalism.
• Assist in collecting and analyzing engagement feedback to drive improvements in employee experience.
• Coach frontline leaders on engagement, communication, and performance conversations.
• Support site-level engagement initiatives and coordinate logistics and feedback collection.
• Track PXT data and prepare insights for reviews or team discussions.
• Promote self-service tools to resolve routine questions and identify gaps for tool enhancements.
