City of Victoria, TX seeks an HR Partner I to strengthen department operations through talent acquisition and development. This onsite role in Victoria, TX supports recruitment, onboarding, training programs, leadership development, HR reporting, and HRIS projects.

You will manage recruitment activities, develop workforce strategies, partner with managers to identify staffing needs, and lead initiatives that advance employee growth and organizational effectiveness.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field required.
• 3–5 years of HR-related experience.
• SHRM or HRCI certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage recruitment activities from requisitions to onboarding.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies for current and future staffing.
• Lead leadership development programs and HR training initiatives.
• Coordinate HRIS projects and HR reporting to support decision making.
