Job summary

CenterSite, LLC is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support the full employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and daily HR operations at our Victoria, TX site.

The role emphasizes collaboration with management, adherence to policies, and effective communication in a trauma‑informed environment. Occasional overtime may be required; strong organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required; three years HR experience required.
• Preferred: BA/BS in related field and five years HR experience; SHRM/PHR/CEBS certification.
• Candidate must be able to operate in a trauma-informed environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment processes and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Maintain applicant tracking system and ensure timely interviews.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Provide employee relations coaching to managers and staff.
• Assist in payroll and benefits related tasks as needed.
• Maintain HRIS data integrity and generate HR reports.
• Support performance management and onboarding/offboarding processes.
