Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC seeks an HR Partner to support the People, Experience and Technology (PXT) team, driving employee experience, engagement, leadership development, and HR operational excellence. You’ll work with Operations to foster a culture where employees feel valued and heard across Rural and North Pacific Alaska sites.

You will partner with senior PXT members to run engagement activities, track attrition and hiring data, and coach frontline leaders on communication and performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of Amazon experience with 1-year HR general experience or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Experience handling confidential information.
• Experience communicating complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences across functions.
• Preferred: degree in HR, Management, Business, Labor Relations, Psychology or related field.
• Experience in customer service or people-facing roles with strong communication skills.
• Ability to analyze information, solve problems, and make data-driven decisions.
• Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookup, formulas).

Responsibilities

• Support a positive employee experience by executing key programs and partnering with PXT and Operations.
• Execute standard work with quality and timeliness, maintaining documentation of HR processes.
• Provide frontline employee support, respond to inquiries, and escalate as needed.
• Facilitate feedback channels and employee engagement activities with senior PXT teammates.
• Coach frontline leaders on engagement, recognition, and performance conversations.
• Coordinate site-level engagement, communication, and culture-building initiatives.
• Track PXT data and prepare insights for leadership reviews and discussions.
• Promote self-service tools and identify gaps to improve usability.
