Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
• Experience communicating effectively with diverse audiences, including explaining processes and providing guidance.

Responsibilities

• Support a positive employee experience by running key programs and partnering with PXT and Operations.
• Execute work with consistent quality, meeting SLAs and documenting HR processes.
• Provide frontline employee support and escalate issues as needed while handling sensitive information.
• Help run feedback channels (roundtables, floor walks, engagement activities) and track follow-ups.
• Coach frontline leaders on engagement, retention, and using HR tools to improve communication and performance conversations.
• Support site-level engagement and culture-building by coordinating logistics and gathering feedback.
