Hillcrest Health & Living in Bellevue, NE is seeking a Team Member Services Specialist to be the go-to HR resource for team members and leaders. You will handle benefits, onboarding, leaves, and employee relations, supporting the organization across HR functions.

Join a collaborative HR team and help enhance the team-member experience while maintaining accurate records, HRIS updates, and compliance with policies.

Qualificações

• At least 2 years of HR experience required.
• Hands-on experience with benefits, FMLA, COBRA, ADA, and employee relations required.
• Solid understanding of HR practices and employment policies.
• Strong organization, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Confidence handling sensitive conversations and confidential information.
• A positive, approachable personality and a genuine passion for helping people.
• The ability to juggle priorities and keep things moving in a busy HR environment.

Responsabilidades

• Be a trusted HR resource for team members and leaders.
• Help with benefits enrollment, COBRA administration, and leaves.
• Manage FMLA, leaves of absence, and ADA accommodations.
• Support employee relations and coaching on workplace concerns.
• Assist with onboarding, employee records, and HRIS updates.
• Support workers' compensation, unemployment, and exit interviews.
• Find ways to make HR processes better, easier, and more efficient.
• Jump in, collaborate, and help make the team-member experience great!
