Hillcrest Health & Living in Bellevue, NE is seeking a Team Member Services Specialist to be the go-to HR resource for team members and leaders. You will handle benefits, onboarding, leaves, and employee relations, supporting the organization across HR functions.

Join a collaborative HR team and help enhance the team-member experience while maintaining accurate records, HRIS updates, and compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of HR experience required.
• Hands-on experience with benefits, FMLA, COBRA, ADA, and employee relations required.
• Solid understanding of HR practices and employment policies.
• Strong organization, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Confidence handling sensitive conversations and confidential information.
• A positive, approachable personality and a genuine passion for helping people.
• The ability to juggle priorities and keep things moving in a busy HR environment.

From benefits and onboarding to employee relations and leave administration, you'll play an important role in supporting our team members and leaders across the organization.

What You'll Be Doing

No two days will look exactly the same! You'll:

• Be a trusted HR resource for team members and leaders.
