Job summary

Godshall Recruiting is seeking an experienced Human Resources professional for a 2-month contract to support HR operations, audit preparation, and SOP development in Duncan, SC. You will craft SOPs, map processes, and assist with compliance readiness using HRIS, SharePoint, and Excel.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent HR operations experience and proven HR operations, compliance, or consulting background. Weekly pay and contract terms are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent HR operations experience.
• Proven experience in HR operations, compliance, or consulting.
• Strong HRIS, SharePoint, and Excel skills.
• Experience creating SOPs and process maps.

Responsibilities

• Develop, document, and update HR SOPs and process workflows.
• Review HR processes and identify opportunities for standardization.
• Assist with internal audit preparation, including documentation gathering and compliance readiness.
• Conduct HR process reviews and support audit-related initiatives.
• Create and maintain process documentation and procedural guides.
