RTX is seeking a dynamic HR professional to join its Corporate People Services team in a hybrid role based in Cedar Rapids, IA or Farmington, CT. You will gain exposure to advisory, case management, and operational excellence across HR functions.

Responsibilities include serving employees and managers via calls/chats/cases, handling complex HR issues with discretion, and collaborating across teams to drive improvements in the employee experience.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in a professional environment with problem-solving focus.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
• Preferred: HR/customer service experience.
• Familiarity with HR policies and HR systems (Workday, ServiceNow).

Responsibilities

• Advisory and engagement: assist employees and managers via calls, chats, or casework.
• Complex case management: support resolution of high-level HR issues with discretion.
• Operational excellence: propose process improvements and optimize day-to-day operations.
• Strategic collaboration: coordinate across U.S. People Services teams to ensure consistency.
