Job summary

Dayco is seeking an HR Operations Analyst for an onsite role at the Memphis Distribution Center. You will partner with regional HR and center leadership to focus on workforce planning, employee engagement, retention, and leadership capability, while also handling onboarding, HR systems, data management, and reporting.

The role requires partnering with leadership, managing headcount and turnover, and supporting daily HR operations in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources management or related field.
• 3-6 years of HR Operations experience.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with Excel and HR systems experience.
• Onsite work at the Memphis Distribution Center and US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Forecast workforce requirements in partnership with distribution center leadership.
• Develop and monitor short- and long-term workforce strategies using data.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and leadership capability development.
• Oversee headcount, vacancies, and turnover to identify gaps and risks.
• Manage staffing agency relationships including forecasts and fill rates.
• Coordinate onboarding and new hire activities.
• Maintain accurate HR data and generate recurring/ad hoc HR reports.
• Provide day-to-day onsite HR support to employees.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and employee experience.
