Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in Human Resources management

Responsibilities

• Partner with HRBP to execute core HR processes
• Execution of transactional core HR processes
• Support in reviewing, interpreting, administering and ensuring compliance
• Maintain all personnel files
• Provide coaching and guidance to associates and supervisors
• Support hiring managers and Talent Acquisition
• Support and maintain e-Time system and payroll-related activities
• Administer programs to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction levels
