Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree or HR certificate preferred.
• 2–3 years of HR Generalist, Recruitment, or Employee Relations experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Execute transactional HR processes: onboarding, unemployment claims, leave administration, OSHA reporting, and orientation.
• Support hiring managers and Talent Acquisition with recruitment and staffing plans.
• Assist HRBP in driving inclusive and diverse culture.
• Administer programs to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
• Provide technical, customer relations, and general support for major HR initiatives and projects.
• Maintain and track compliance programs.
• Create and distribute communications (memos, emails, letters, presentations, spreadsheets, surveys).
• Track data and consolidate responses; follow up to obtain information and insights.
• Provide administrative support for meetings, video conferences, and trainings.
