Job summary

Clark Construction Group seeks an HR Coordinator to support the People Resource Team, delivering exceptional employee experiences across HR functions. You will handle Workday transactions, recruitment logistics, training programs, and vendor management while maintaining high organization and communication standards.

This role focuses on the HR Generalist, Recruiting Operations, Talent Management, and Training & Development streams, ensuring smooth processes and accurate data across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business or related field preferred but not required.
• High level of professionalism in interactions with senior leadership and employees.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent PC skills including Microsoft Office and calendar management.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage high volumes of work.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrate sound judgment, discretion and sensitivity.

Responsibilities

• Initiates Workday transactions and runs HR reports.
• Tracks staffing assignments and manages immigration documentation.
• Assists with relocation intake and offboarding processes.
• Prepares materials for all-hands and key meetings.
• Supports talent processes and audits (performance and talent reviews).
• Manages onboarding emails and candidate scheduling for interviews.
• Coordinates training programs and maintains course records.
• Processes HR invoices via Coupa and supports reporting/metrics.
