Job summary

Clark Construction Group is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support the People Resource Team across HR functions. Your role includes Workday data changes, recruitment coordination, and talent management activities to strengthen the employee experience.

You will operate in a fast-paced environment, coordinate onboarding and training programs, and assist with immigration, relocation, and offboarding tasks while maintaining high service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Experience delivering HR services and supporting processes.
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Initiates Workday transactions, runs reports for HR and leadership.
• Maintains staffing tracking in Bridgit Bench and audits data.
• Supports immigration case administration and relocation packages.
• Assists with offboarding processes including exit interviews and notifications.
• Prepares materials for all-hands meetings and talent process audits.
• Completes employment verification requests and coordinates onboarding emails.
