Job summary

Citi in Taguig, Philippines is hiring for an HR Operations Support Sr. Supervisor, Intermediate. This hybrid role leads a small team and coordinates with the Operations - Core group to ensure seamless HR support services.

You will mentor up to 10 staff, oversee training, evaluate performance, and address staffing needs while maintaining risk controls and compliance. A Bachelor's degree is required with 2–5 years' relevant experience.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of related business experience including at least one-year supervisory experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and demonstrated leadership abilities.
• Strong organizational, time management and communication skills.
• Ability to solve problems and make timely decisions with attention to risk and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a small Operation Support team (up to 10) and delegate daily tasks.
• Provide training, monitor quality, and evaluate performance including pay/promotion recommendations.
• Analyze operations information and make evaluative judgments to solve problems.
• Identify staffing needs and ensure adequate coverage.
• Act as backup for the manager and exercise independent judgment.
• Ensure risk and control standards are adhered to and escalate issues as needed.
