Healthcare Alternative Systems, Inc seeks an HR Supervisor to support benefits, payroll, training, and compliance. You will supervise HR staff, handle confidential matters, and coordinate open enrollment across locations in a on-site setting.

The role requires a Bachelor's in HR or Business Admin and supervisory experience, with bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Strong HRIS and payroll skills, plus knowledge of ACA, FMLA, COBRA, HIPAA, ERISA, are valued.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Admin preferred.
• SHRM-CP/PHR certification preferred.
• Supervisory experience required or demonstrated.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and guide HR staff as needed.
• Administer benefits programs and enrollment.
• Oversee HRIS data accuracy and payroll processing.
• Coordinate performance evaluations and open enrollment.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and policies.
• Handle employee relations investigations and accommodation process.
• Maintain employee handbook and HR policies.
