The position emphasizes compliance with EEOC, OSHA, ADA, and related regulations, plus benefits administration and payroll backup. A Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree is preferred, with on-site work at HAS locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in human resources or HR generalist role preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Employee relations: serve as a point of contact for HR inquiries.
• Lead investigations and document findings per policy.
