Formación

• Minimum 3 years of experience creating or validating forecasts and estimates.
• Experience thriving in deadline-driven environments.
• Comfort presenting to broad ND-wide audiences without a script.

Responsabilidades

• Reallocate spend toward the channels that actually work.
• Analyze customer and sales data to surface actionable trends.
• Rebuild a target the ND team stopped believing in.
• Draft the business case to fund high-growth initiatives.
• Streamline workflows until they run with minimal hands-on input.
• Set a cadence that keeps Bismarck teams rowing the same direction.
• Drive the process through finance, legal, and ops gates.
• Own the cadence turning interviewing data into actionable outcomes.
