Job summary

Anchor Ingredients, Headquartered in Fargo, North Dakota, is seeking a Vice President of Human Resources who can think big while managing day-to-day HR operations. This leader will sit at the table for major organizational decisions and, when needed, dive into employee issues and coaching across the plant and corporate teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience with leadership responsibility.
• Strategic mindset with hands-on execution in day-to-day HR.
• Proven track record building and leading HR teams and programs.
• Strong business acumen translating objectives into people strategies.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with leadership.
• Experience influencing executive leadership and navigating complex challenges.
• Ability and willingness to travel approximately 10% and engage on-site at Anchor facilities.
• Experience supporting multiple locations; manufacturing/food/agriculture background preferred.
• Experience with acquisitions, HR due diligence, and post-acquisition integration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of Anchor's people strategy, including organizational design and workforce planning.
• Oversee talent management, compensation, benefits, training, development, engagement, and employee relations.
• Oversee HR operations, policies, compliance, HR administration, and HR systems across the organization.
• Establish HR KPIs, monitor trends, and drive measurable improvements.
• Build and coach the HR team, aligning with business priorities across locations.
• Partner with leadership and Safety to reinforce a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
