Job summary

The role partners across the organization to develop career pathways, manage workforce planning, and lead HR projects with a focus on compliance and team effectiveness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a business partner, generalist, or employee relations capacity.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in performance management, employee relations, conflict resolution, and handling disputes.
• Ability to partner with leaders and align people strategies with business objectives.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted partnerships with field leaders to provide HR guidance.
• Support recruiting, hiring, and performance management to help teams thrive.
• Advise on sensitive employment matters including conflict resolution and separations.
• Collaborate to drive career development and succession planning.
